How to get an accurate concrete cutting quote
The fastest way to get an accurate quote for concrete cutting, scanning, core drilling, or selective demolition is a five-minute phone call with Rocky. He has been on every kind of job we run and can usually price the scope on the spot — or tell you the one or two details he needs to confirm before he can. The form on this page works too if email is easier for you, and we respond to most online requests within a few hours.
Whichever way you contact us, the quote conversation goes faster when you have a few basics ready: project location, the type of work needed, approximate dimensions or count, slab or wall thickness if you know it, and your target schedule. None of that is mandatory — we can walk a site or work from drawings — but the more you can tell us up front, the faster we can give you a number you can plan around.
Pricing depends on scope, access, schedule, and location. A simple core drill on a Gulfport jobsite is priced very differently from a week-long industrial wall cut at Ingalls Shipbuilding or a Bay Minette water tower mobilization. We do not run published price lists because every job is different, but the price you get from us is the price you pay — no surprise change orders for things we should have caught at the quote stage.
What to include in your quote request
Project location
City, address, or jobsite name. We mobilize across a 500-mile radius from Gulfport.
Service needed
Cutting, scanning, coring, selective demolition — or 'not sure, here is the scope.'
Dimensions
Approximate length, depth, diameter, or count. Drawings are great if you have them.
Slab/wall thickness
If you know it. If not, we can scan and verify before we cut.
Schedule
Emergency, this week, this month, or just gathering quotes — all are fine.
Access notes
Tight access, occupied building, night work, security requirements — anything that affects the plan.
Quote FAQs
How fast can I get a quote?
Most phone calls get a verbal price on the spot. Most online requests get a written quote within a few hours during business hours.
Do I need drawings to get a quote?
No. Drawings help on complex scopes, but we can also walk the site or work from a verbal description and confirm details on a follow-up call.
Is the quote you give me the price I will actually pay?
Yes. We do not run bait-and-switch pricing. The price you get is the price you pay, assuming the scope on site matches the scope we quoted. If the scope changes, we tell you before the work happens — never after.
Do you offer emergency quotes?
Yes — call anytime, day or night, for emergency cutting, scanning, or coring work. We mobilize 24/7 across the Mississippi Gulf Coast and the broader 500-mile region.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard commercial terms for established GCs and facility owners. For new customers and one-off jobs, we discuss terms during the quote conversation.
